Back on track

After getting yelled at by Jess at Herbal Magic for not doing my excercises since last week, I am going back on my regime regularly! Because I had trouble last time with the Static Lunges, she dropped it down to 3 sets of 10. This was better, but I still wasn’t able to get them all done. Here is what I did tonight;

Squats 3×12
Deadlifts 3×12
Crunchs 3×12
Chest Presses 3×12
Static Lunges 10, 10, 8
Shoulder Presses 3×12
Front Deltoid Raise 3×12
Side Deltoid Raises 3×12

I will continue the workout on Friday, and regularly after that. Jess has set me a mini goal of loosing 2 pounds by next Wednesday. I think as long as I stick to the workouts, and stay away from junk and bad food, I should have no issues reaching this goal.
