The weekend workout may have eluded me, but I am back into it. I think that’s how it’s going to go. Mon and Wed I will do my workout, and I will try my best on Fri as well. Sat and Sun will probably not have workouts.
Here is what I got done tonight;
Squats 3×12
Deadlifts 3×12
Crunchs 3×12
Chest Presses 3×12
Static Lunges 3×8
Shoulder Presses 3×12
Front Deltoid Raise 3×12
Side Deltoid Raises 3×12
Ii am starting to get used to them, and will probably start increasing the numberof them I do in each rep.
