Well, I didn’t get my workout done last night, but i did tonight. I cut out the Static Lunges tonight, cause I’ve been finding them really hard to do. Also, I don’t feel super stable doing them with my bad knee. Here is what I got done;
Squats 3×12
Deadlifts 3×12
Crunchs 3×12
Chest Presses 3×12
Shoulder Presses 3×12
Front Deltoid Raise 3×12
Side Deltoid Raises 3×12
